<p>Day after day, we stress about what we can do to make more money and gain a competitive edge over others in our industry.  Each new idea piles on top of another and another.  Before we know it, we are buried in projects too overwhelming to take on, and we soon forget where we started in the first place.  I say, we get rid of the clutter!</p>
<p>This spring, why not go back to basics?  Ask yourself this question: Why did I get into this business?  Our guess is &#8211; most of us have a similar answer to this question.  We believe in our product and want to connect with customers who need it.</p>

<p>As it turns out, social media  is doing more than helping people stalk their exes or over-share what, when, where and how they are doing whatever they’re doing every second of every day.  (<em>You know who you are and we ask that you please stop. It’s annoying</em>.)</p>
<p><a title="What Women Want-the-infographic" href="http://www.netbase.com/sentiment/what-women-want-the-infographic/" target="_blank"><em>NetBase</em></a>, a social intelligence company, took a year’s worth of online conversations of both men and women and analyzed the phrase “I want X” from 27 billion social media sources. They went on to focus on the mentions of these <em>wants</em> and produced data detailing the sentiment from both sexes regarding brands, categories, etc.</p>
<p>We won’t bore you with every detail of the study, but what we found most interesting is that, in fact, both sexes agree on what they like most: cars, ice cream and pizza.   So there you have it.  The key to resolving decades of conflict might be as easy as jumping in your car, driving over to a great pizza place where you’ll both have some delicious ice cream for dessert.  Which flavor? <a title="Tips on Shooger" href="http://shooger.com/HowItWorks.aspx" target="_blank">Here’s a tip</a>: Maybe you should each get your own.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Deciding where to go or what to do can be difficult for anyone. Being, what some consider, the best Quarterback of all time doesn’t make it much easier.</p>
<p>Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard all of the speculation over where Manning will decide to go. Will it be Arizona? Denver? Tennessee? Miami? No one really knows. What we do know is any of these teams will be lucky to have Manning, if even for a short run.</p>
<p>Any team that signs him will have to risk the effects of his neck injuries and hope that he remains healthy enough to play. However, simply having a Four-time MVP and Eleven-time Pro Bowler is leadership that is hard to put a price tag on.  Manning reportedly wants to make a decision by Tuesday, which marks the start of his free-agency status.</p>
<p>So the questions remain: Who will make the best offer? What city has the most to offer? Where will he go for advice? We know he promotes Sprint for mobile service, maybe he’ll go to <span style="color: #000000;"><a href="http://shooger.com"><span style="color: #000000;">Shooger</span></a></span> for help with his decision.
